Wines made with Malvasia Nera di Brindisi have good structure and good alcohol content.

The bunch of Malvasia Nera di Brindisi has a medium and conical size, grapes have a thin and consistent skin.

This grape vine is usually used to make rosé wines, especially when mixed with Negroamaro. If mixed with white grapes it can produce good and distinctive dry wines.
