The park
The Nature reserve of Bosco di Santa Teresa and dei Lucci is located in the province of Brindisi and includes the Bosco di Santa Teresa and that of dei Lucci.
The reserve is characterized by the presence of the cork oak, the holm oak and the roach trees. There are also vast areas of the Mediterranean vegetation.
Wildlife animals found here are hares, squirrels, porcupines, badgers, foxes, hedgehogs. Other common animals in the reserve are deer and wild boars.
There are also various species of birds like hawks, buzzards, woodpeckers, crows and pigeons.
