Torre Guaceto

Torre Guaceto is located along the Adriatic coast of Puglia, near the towns of Carovigno and Ostuni. The beaches of Torre Guaceto, which are part of the WWF protected area, are undoubtedly among the most beautiful of Puglia. Throughout the protected territory there are several beaches, some have a ban on bathing because the protected zone also includes a marine reserve of particular importance. Torre Guaceto can be reached from the E55(SS379) that runs from Bari to Brindisi-Lecce. It can also be reached directly from the town of Ostuni.

Isoletta

Isoletta beach is the first beach north of the territory of Carovigno, at the border with that of Ostuni. The beach is named after a small island situated just in front of the beach. It is a very small beach, enclosed in a small rocky cove.

Scoglio del Cavallo

The beach of the Scoglio del Cavallo is located just north of the seaside resort of Santa Sabina. It is called Scoglio del Cavallo for the presence of a small horse-shaped island located opposite the beach. It is a small beach surrounded by low cliffs that allow easy access to the sea.

Mezzaluna

Mezzaluna beach is located on the north side of the coast of Carovigno town. It is so named for the shape of the beach that looks like an half moon. It is a sandy beach with a very low seabed ideal for families with children. A very characteristic small pond is located inland, behind the beach, sourrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, fossil dunes and caves.

Santa Sabina

Santa Sabina is a seaside resort located along the coast of the territory of Carovigno. It is a resort that gets particularly lively during summer when many pubs, bars and restaurants are open. Here is a beautiful sandy beach enclosed in a cove, with shallow waters. It is particularly suitable for families with children. In the southern part of the cove there is also a slide for small boats.

Pantanagianni

Pantanagianni, located in the territory of the town of Carovigno between the centre of Santa Sabina and the Morgicchio beach, consists of two beaches: one small and the other large, locally called 'piccola' and 'grande'. They are both sandy with low waters and enclosed inside coves with low cliffs. The beaches can be easily reached from the side road SS 379 (E 55), by taking via Vienna, or by going to the contrada Donnosanto, where you will find a large car park and an area for campers.

Morgicchio

Morgicchio is a long beach north of the coastal resort of Specchiolla. It is a beautiful beach with some small rocks that rise from the shallow water and from the sand. All along its length there are various lidos equipped with bars and showers as well as for the rental of umbrellas and chairs. There are, however, many areas of free access.

Specchiolla

Specchiolla is a seaside resort of Carovigno town that comes alive especially in summer months. The resort is located along a stretch of coast mainly rocky. Some beaches, small but nice, are located going south of Specchiolla. Some of these beaches offer bathing services but others are free to access.

Punta Penna Grossa

The beaches of Punta Penna Grossa are located just north of the protected area of Torre Guaceto, to which they belong. There are here two very nice beaches, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and crystal clear sea. There are areas free to access but there are also small parts where you can rent sun umbrellas and lounge chairs, especially on the north side.
