Lecce (the Baroque town), Alberobello (the trulli town), the Grottoes of Castellana, just to name a few, are at less than one hour away. Even less are towns like Martina Franca, Cisternino, Taranto, and the famous Valley of Itria.

Ostuni itself is a beautiful town where you can taste the real Apulian life in terms of good food, nice weather, and lovely beaches.

This apartment is located in the 1800 area at just few metres from the main square of Ostuni, Piazza della Liberta'.

Size of the apartment is of 65 msq on two floors plus roof terrace of 20 msq.

It can accommodate 2 people in a bedroom on second floor and 2 on sofa bed on the first floor.

On the first floor you will find a living room with kitchen and one bathroom. On the second floor the double bedroom with another bathroom. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room.

Casa Cantore

This characteristic house of the 14th century, partly made of rock, is placed in the heart of the historic centre, more precisely in "La Terra" district near Porta Nova, one of the old entrances of the town.

It is also closed to many restaurants, bars, shops in the old centre.

Masseria Salinola

This masseria (farm house) is a typical 18th century masseria surrounded by an olive plantation, recently restored and furnished with swimming pools for adults and children.

A variety of organic food is produced here and offered to all guests.

The meticulous renovation of the building made it possible to discover all of its originary splendor, highlighted by the white lime and the stone inside, typical peculiarities of the masseria in Apulia.

Trullo Origano

This lovely secluded Trullo with its huge pool is set in 3 acres of ancient olive, fig and almond trees. There are delightful countryside views over the vallee d'Itria and a real feeling of privacy and tranquillity. Despite being only 4 km from the ancient centre of Ceglie Messapica. It is within easy reach of Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Martina Franca.

The private 14x7m salt water pool is surrounded by a large stone terrace with sun loungers & umbrellas, with hammocks close by under the trees. Underwater pool lighting and beautifully floodlit trees invite the continuance of alfresco life late into the warm evenings.

Villa Gli Ulivi

These are two independent houses immersed in an olive grove plantation. A main house built at the beginning of the XX century (1914), and, 10 metres away, a so called Lamia (small house) with two separate apartments called Il Fieno and La Paglia. All apartments are very stylishly furnished with antiques.

The Main house sleeps 4+1, House Il Fieno and La Paglia sleep 2 each.

Trullo Le 300 Fronde

This is an extended rural trullo with an older part. It consists of three cone shaped rooms where you will find the kitchen, a living/sitting room and a bedroom, and a newer part where you will find one more larger bedroom and a bathroom.

The whole size of the trullo is of 70msq plus the outside space.

There is a wide outside space including a private back garden.

The owners Francesco and Maria, who live just next door, will be available for anything you might need during your stay.

Characteristic house of the 14th century, located in the heart of the historic centre of Ostuni, at just few metres from Largo La Stella.

Partly made of rock this mini apartment can accommodate 2 people on a charming split-level space, plus one more person on a sofa bed.

The apartment has a kitchen corner with 2-ringed hob and a sink with ample cupboard space and all cutlery, china, etc.

Masseria Casamassima is a charming farm house at just 6 km from Ostuni and located in a beautiful part of the countryside. There are apartments for 2, 3 and 4 people. On the first floor and ground floor.

The restaurant offers typical local cuisine all year around. Menu changes depending of seasonal product available.

Recent restorations brought back this fortified masseria, surrounded by beautiful olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, to its ancient splendour. It is located in a beautiful position between two Murgia hills and it has a stunning view to the Adriatic Sea.

During summer time breakfast is served on the roof terrace of the masseria.

This apartment is located in the area ottocentesca (1800 area), just outside the historic centre. There is free parking space in the same street and in a nearby small piazza.

The size of this apartment is of 55msq on two floors plus the roof terrace of about 20msq.

On the first floor you will find a beautiful living room, an alcova with a sofa, a well furnished kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor the double bedroom.

This apartment has also a terrace with a gazebo and a beautiful view on the nearby historic centre. Also a small fully furnished kitchen for outside meals.

This is a family run business where you will find a cosy atmosphere and a receive warm welcome from the owners Luisa and Mario.

The B&B has only two rooms of which one has an indipendent entrance facing the side road.

Family full breakfast in the morning. Eat as much as you like!

Trullo Il Paradiso

This wondeful trullo is set amongst 4 acres of ancient olive trees, figs, almonds, pomegranates, and other fruit trees. Sweeping views of distant hill-town villages can be enjoyed from every window. Restoration has been done by keeping all the original cones, alcoves and made it comfortable by adding two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living/kitchen area. There is also an open fireplace for the cosy winter nights.

This apartment is located next to Piazza della Liberta', which is the main piazza of the city just outside the historic centre.

Apartment size is of 22 msq on one floor.

It is a small but very well furnished and elegant apartment. There is a single room with a high quality sofa bed for two, a fully furnished kitchen in the corner of the room, and a bathroom with shower.

There is also a balcony with a wonderful view to the main piazza and the historic centre of Ostuni.

This is a nice and tranquil countryside villa which is part of a bigger building where the owners (Imma and Claudio) live.

It consists of a big room with a double bed and a sofa bed for two. Also a fully fitted kitchen, veranda and a large outside space with barbecue tools, table and chairs. There is also a wood oven should you wish to make your own pizza!

A large roof terrace with a table, chairs, sun chairs and a wonderful view over the countryside.

With the owners living next to it this is a perfect place for whoever wants to stay in the countryside but does not want to feel too isolated.

Masseria Tutosa

Tutosa is an ancient fortified farm dating back to 17th century close to Rosa Marina, an international village.

Surrounded by green age-old olive trees, it enjoys wonderful views: on the one side the clear blue Adriatic Sea, on the other side Murgia's green terraces.

The pre-existing building areas have been carefully refurbished, so to turn them into new comfortable rooms and apartments with 2, 3, 4 and 5 beds. They have been provided with elegant furniture, patio, dwelling room with all-round kitchen and two private bathrooms with shower stall.

Masseria Tolla

This is a cosy and characteristic masseria built in the 19th century. It takes its name from the family that built it. In 1978 it was bought by the present owner who restored and furnished it with 19th century interior decorations.

From outside it looks like a small castle and it is perfectly immersed in the surrounding nature.

This is a beautifully restored 3 coned trullo with a modern 'lamia' containing 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. It is set in its own rustic olive grove with a number of fruit trees and has wonderful panoramic views.

Size of trullo is of 45 msq plus spacious outside space.

This charming apartment is located in a wonderful area of Ostuni at just few metres from piazza della Liberta', the main piazza of the historic centre.

It consists of a main room (on the first floor) with living room, a kitchen alcova and a bathroom with shower. In the same room there is a split level area with a bed for two.

The apartment has also a panoramic terrace overlooking the ancient town of Ostuni with a view over the cathedral and the all main historic centre. Here there is a table, four chairs and sun chairs.

Casa Solarolo is an exquisite, 18th Century house presented to the highest standard. It has recently been restored and equipped with contemporary furnishing and fittings whilst retaining many original features.

The exposed vaulted ceilings, Italian stone floors and use of marble offer a peaceful and romantic base from which to explore the diverse and interesting area of Southern Italy.

The house, with air-conditioning, is cool and light in summer and central heating has been installed for the winter months. There are two wonderful terraces for alfresco dining, which overlook the rooftops of this very beautiful city.

The Farmhouse is the heart of the property. The owners have their living quarters here and all guest rooms are located here.

The new generation of host farms is represented here: not more than 8 rooms all situated in this part of the building constructed in the nineteenth century and furnished in the style of a Charm Hotel. The gardens are well kept and life here is dedicated to complete relaxation. Using fresh products obtained here on the farm, the cuisine is both surprising and satisfactory.

Mangiamuso di Villanova is a beautiful Masseria built in 1883. It used to be a summer countryside house for aristocratic families until the beginning of the 20th century.

It consists of three apartments recently restored and filled with stylish furnishings. All apartments have a splendid view onto the surrounding landscape of olive trees and the Adriatic Sea.

Apartmenst have size from 35 msq to 55 msq.
